Improvements

After some sickness last night I am perhaps not feeling at my best today.  Even so I have taken a short journey out with Kitten in an effort to "keep myself moving".

There is a stability about my position at the moment which is far more comforting than events at the beginning of the month.  Even though I have complained of boredom as the enemy it is a far better enemy to have than the hunger and weakness and pain of hospitalisation with the displaced stent and subsequent recovery.

Although I do not have the greatest of physical platforms to grow off there is at least a mental one that can be  improved.  Having been put through the mill over the last few weeks there is room for more positivity about what I currently do have rather than what I don't have.

  1. Hi Rumps
I hope spring will come early, it's amazing what some warmth and sunshine will do for you. I've noticed the bulbs are beginning to come up in my garden so we can hope!
As usual you approach things with your customary grace.
I think of you all often and hope Kitten and the children are O.K.
Keep doing what you are doing, your friends from cyberspace are willing you on
    Best wishes

  2. Although I read this frequently and have contact with Kitten and of course the little people daily thought it was time to contribute.
I'm so pleased to read you still have your positive spirit and sure this will help with all the daily challenges.

  3. Hi Rumps

Thanks for the update and of course it pains us all to read of your current woes!

Someone else mentioned spring, but I can already tell the days are getting longer. Every hour and minute are precious for all of us and I for one prefer daylight (at least now I am older - haha!).

Are you generally comfortable and if not, getting help from Macmillan for example? I am sorry for the direct question and you do not have to answer of course - but I know that it can be a great help to get the necessary assistance on that side, as I know that those around you will of course be stretched in other ways and are (at least usually) not qualified to deal with it.

    All the very best Rumps!
