First Day of Healing Over

"35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40"........That's enough 150kg bench press after the steroids. I will pick up tomorrow from where I left off; maybe a Zumba class (care to join me Sam the Eagle and the "Queen of Content Wizards").

I have been pumped full of drugs for nine hours, so it is time for some rest.

Thanks to Kitten and Notoplip for keeping me entertained.

I've also exacted revenge on D.A. Decorator with a dodgy text message.  I will spare you the details, but sometimes you have to give karma a nudge.

    You did well today honey.

    Lance Corporal asked me if you were behaving; I did reply that ALL the nurses knew you very quickly and you didn't, perhaps couldn't, behave properly ill or not. It's just not in your nature.

    Talking of nature, I'm disappointed that I missed the pink coloured urine! xx

    Congratulations on getting the first round of drugs over with Swordfish. Do they make any difference to how you feel?

    You know that bottle of Jacob's Creek Shiraz Rose you bought round on Monday Kitten? Do you want it back?

    Hi Werthers17 not really much difference to how I feel yet, although I am feeling a little "icky". Nothing major though.

    As for the wine, "there's no need to take the piss".

    Hope the first round of treatment was not too bad. Forgot about the pink urine, are you red in the face as well?

    Take it easy, just think only 2 more courses to go to the op.

    Hi annestone family, I was red around the face when the epirubcin was injected and had a line around the top of my head - but it soon "passed".

    The treatement wasn't at all bad, only the steriod injection got any reaction and I had to rest for a couple of minutes.

    Hope it is going well with you and yours!

    Hello Swordfish, good to chat with you earlier. "Mrs Garfield" is doing some Zumba this evening so I may well be cutting some latin shapes later. Just about to give "Queen of the Content Wizards" a call....mmmmm
